I checked this out Sunday and it needed quite a bit of work. Upholstery was shot, gel coat needed TLC, prop was damaged (and it seemed like it was ran that way for awhile...alignment issues would a concern). I passed on water test cause I knew it wasn't for me so no comment on engine/steering/ballast/etc. The trailer looked good though! The guy seemed like he would play with the price a little. I was bummed cause the red flake and price had me pumped.
