I've seen an aluminum Bateau (flat boat) with a tower on the Amite River near Baton Rouge. Need my brother to snap a picture of it. Just imagine this with a tower on it.

best part about some of the boats in this thread they are the most fun. I have a little 16' with outboard and if you hit something you just keep going.

It works like a hull extension that shapes the wake for surfing. The word on the street is it works pretty good. Will need to see it in action though...........

I may have that picture somewhere. It is like a 8' step ladder in the middle of a runabout...
