You buy the boat or your parents buy it? Perhaps living in an apartment has afforded you the luxury of "ballin' on a budget." It's actually very similar to what the brothers do with their $2,000 Caddies on $8,000 of wheels and rims. Just remember when you hit up the local rent-a-wheel or rent-a-center furniture store that you want the zero down & zero interest for 12 months. That way, you can afford the gas in the 'bu!
