Always slow! Met sheetrock guy and he said some of the wall studs have twisted or warpped slighly. Need to call framer back to make adjustments. Then, he said the blown in insulation was too thick and may pop some of his sheetrock screws. So now we have to call the insulation guy back. He also said we may want to stucco the outside before sheetrock....just to be safe.

After two solid days of volleyball in Denver, we went and looked at some interior doors yesterday from Sun Mountain Doors. I must say, quite impressive facility! These are thicker doors than standard so really nice. I think he is going to also be very competitive to the standard door thicknesses. Pretty cool.

With all that, the house is still for sale with someone very interested this afternoon. We'll see how it goes. Hard to build and sale at the same time but it would take a huge financial weight off so we'll see what happens. Very cool house and property but not worth it if it drains us too much. Oh well.....

Completed the upgrade from MC Cruise to PP Stargazer. Notice the oval, X30 plate I had milled to replace the old MC Cruise switch panel - matches the X30 graphic on the side of the boat.
