Florida friends...need your help!

Kind of a weird request to you all but I figure, (as always), my TMC friends are always a GREAT resource!

I need to know if you have any suggestions for a location for a dinner outing for 20 people in the Orlando area. Suppose to be scheduled for Friday 2/8/13. One hotel my wife tried to use basically f'd up the reservation and a backup place she had does not have their big dining room anymore.

If there is anywhere you would suggest we try, I would totally appreciate it!

The people for this dinner are all business professionals...so the place would have to be a few steps up from where I would go...lol. The more upscale the better...good wine list, steaks, seafood, etc.


Appreciate any help you can provide.

What part of Orlando? What budget? The Orlando area has pretty much everything. Make your reservations soon, because Friday nights get busy.

Hey ROckman do you want nice or do you want fun and atmosphere. I know the area well too. Way too many conventions these... Are you going to OWC for a run or 2?

Close to the convention center would be great...budget is really no option.

millers ale house nice but can get loud. bahama breeze just up the street. maggiano's and capital grille within blocks of each other.

Considering your location and keeping the driving to minimum, just search "Pointe Orlando". Lots of restaurant options across the entire budget spectrum and there are other fun bars in the complex too. If you are willing to go off campus, I'm happy to lend suggestions but sounds like you all would be content with that area.
