A lot of places are out of larger boxes. I went to a place that only had Remington 9mm, so I bought 5 boxes. If they have any, they're limiting the number of boxes that can be purchased at one time.

how'd you like the ones that jumped in after he was on the ground?

and the dummy had two knives on him... it looks like if he was going for an all out balls to the wall assassination attempt, he would have had a knife in one hand and a gun in the other.... but, ICBW.... I don't really think like a bad guy all the time

the trick I use is to buy a couple of boxes a month whether I need them or not.
Local pawn shop lady text messages me when she gets mine in.
it's worked out pretty well.......... so far

I saw we've got a gun & knife show down the street on April 17 & 18, I'm probably going to stock up down there too.

Back-up gun is the correct way to go. Even more important to have some cajones. The dude was half the age and twice the size of everyone else there. He should have been able to toss them around to get to his target. What an utter and complete failure. Thankfully.

How much closer could he be than point-blank range? He got to his target- the only problem is he used bad ammo or the gun is faulty. I would see that as a failure by the security team to keep people from getting to the speaker, not a failure on the part of the would-be assassin.
