Maybe even older. That looks like the motor cover isn't even covered with vinyl.

Upholstered dog house was an option in 1982. 1981 and earlier had the square dog house where 82 and later had the contoured dog house. If I remember correctly, there were early 82's that came with rounded windshields..............but don't quote me on that.

Yup, you are right. But, there may of been a few stray early 83's with the rounded windshield too. The only way to be sure is VIN. BTW, if it's not a slot (in 83), it has wood stringers.

Umm, I had an 83 slot with wood stringers, not sure if I understand what your saying.
The boat Has most of them
Features of a 80-81. The dash, interior are give always. It also looks like it has a closed front with no storage. I agree on the motor box, it could be a very early 82 ( left over 81). My 82 (as we're most) had the deluxe interior, newer dash and the mirror that folded down into the glove box. It had storage up front but the seat didn't flip up to gain entry.

1997 Mastercraft Prostar 205 Sammy Duvall edition. 275hp 350 Indmar engine The PS 205 is 20'6" long, has a beam of 87", 275hp 350 Indmar engine and with an open bow provides a seating capacity for 10. I am the original owner and purchased the boat new from Midwest Mastercraft in 1998. It has been maintained and winterized by Midwest and Sunnyside Marine each year. It is stored in a heated garage in the winter and is kept on a covered lift during the summer. I have had no mechanical problems at all and cosmetically it is in great shape. The boat has @ 520 hours.There is normal wear as you would expect on a 1997 boat. The hull provides competition slalom wakes, as well as large rampy wakeboard wakes with the addition of a little ballast. I have used this boat for slalom skiing the course, barefooting, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing. I'm not sure there is a better 'all around' famliy boat on the market at this price. It is currently in storage in western Wisconsin. Arrangements can be made to see the boat for serious buyers.

- Mooring cover
- Bimini top w/ cover
- Barefoot International Boom
- Skylon extended pylon

Had q friend who had a 1:1 '83 with no wood. I was under the impression it depended when in the year it was made. Basically they stopped using wood and went all glass, not back and forth. At least that's how I heard it. Can't imagine they would take out the wood, and then put it back in on the next boat.

I've never seen an 83 with a curved windshield or the older molded one piece dash. McCormick ski school had 84-85's with the fiberglass engine cover thou.
