Dave - They still do. Frank didn't get a Mastercraft, he's had two different boats since and is footing behind a 23 lsv now. The wife and I took the platnium back to "home" waters @ Aldred this past Summer and really enjoyed our time there....lots of great memories came rushing back!

Depends a bit on the transmission. 1:1, 3 blades work well and spin up more quickly. Gear reduction, sometimes 4 blades work better for holding power and throwing a nice wake. Really a case by case thing.

(engine block is a 351 Ford V8) with Powerslot transmission (ratio 1:1). ????
Looking at the photos it is tough to tell which tranny was in there. in 1988 MC used all
POWERSLOT IDs on the boat tags by the throttle. I can' t really tell
But there is a little confusion on the original listing

Looking at the picture of the prop, there is a crapton (that's a technical term) of pitch on that thing. I'm putting my money on 1:52:1 14x18.
