Try WalMart- last time I was there (at a store that actually sells ammo), they had 1000 round and smaller boxes. I might head out there to get some- it was $59 for 500 rounds of Remington or Winchester.

Never mind. I just checked and they're all out.

This is one way for politicians to keep us from using guns- keep us from getting ammunition.

The method on how to protect our school children is simple. You bring our boys home from these senseless deployments and station 1-3 in each school building. This will save us money because it is MUCH cheaper to have troops home than to have to pay for them to be over seas.

Exactly. They are already qualified and they won't be deployed any farther than across town. One would think the dufus in the white house would see the opportunity to create jobs and employ our servicemen and women who are having a hard time finding jobs.

New cc as of today --Ruger LCR w/DeSantis pocket holster. Just deciding between the Hornady FTX, Win. PDX1 Defender 130gr+P bjhp, or the Win. PP 125gr+P jhp. I've heard all are good stoppers but that the +P's would be a bit more effective.

Also, trying to decide between a Fobus RU101 paddle holster or a Tauga (sp?) leather paddle. Seen reviews that the LCR fits in the Fobus great, but hard plastic. Haven't tried one yet. I tried the leather today and may be leaning a bit toward that. Again, anyone out there w/experience in either of these holsters?
