Go big or go home... But seriously, how good of quality do you want? If you want the latest and greatest, go with the black gopro3. Otherwise you might as well get the cheaper gopro hd 1 or 2 for $150. I have the first hd hero and it's still good quality.

Don't need the greatest but also like the built in wireless, and the higher graphics since I will use this for business as well. I know where I am leaning but my comparison is my iPhone 4 which has a 5 MP camera and trying to determine if that is enough since I use that to take pictures now...
