Well I have no boat BUT I did start fabricating TxsRiverRats motorbox vent/cupholder today. Gonna be KILLER!

It's 3/4 aluminum that I cut and then took to a machine shop and had them use a CNC machine to take out about have the under side. I did this just to reduces the weight. I think you could get away with 1/2. Then I just cleaned up the edges and add the sea-dek.
