repair of this oldschool slalom ski. . . ideas?

It should be simple enough, but not having done this before I don't know what glue to use. I do have clamps that I can use. This is a ski that the family has had for about 31 years now lol. It's been in storage in an unheated shed at my mom's and since I got the MC I convinced her that the ski should come my direction.

It's only the area forward of the front binding that has delammed. The rest of the ski is fine. The white cracky looking thing is a cobweb. The ski is not damaged.
