Lady friend and I are trying to figure this one out.......

"Kevin" has 2 DUI's, and lost his CDL, but not his regular DL
After the accident, he went to the hospital to be checked out, then had someone pick him up and they went out to party

Is this possible

Nice truck, but since you're "dating" his ex-wife it seems to me that you're the big winner!

He sounds like a tool with a drinking problem to me.
I don't understand how he still has any kind of license with 2 DUI's. Here in NJ he couldn't even drive a boat with an auto DUI.
