Exhaust Riser Questions

When I did my engine build I separated the riseres (total pita) and re did them. I sent them off to be bead blasted and they came back real clean. Started with fresh paint and even hand painted the Mastercraft back on them.

Ok now they are leaking again. I have a real hard time believing that they are supposed to leak.

I'm thinking about separating them again and putting another gasket in.

The last gasket was put in dry. Would it be better to gasket cement it in or not ?
