FWIW, our '86 had an Indmar. It was a great boat that I wish we still had - or could find to buy back. This is a great Prostar write up!! The only thing I noticed was regarding the '98 model. Ours had 4 fins and the foiled rudder. We never did add the wings, nor has the new owner.

This is interesting. I see on the graph of the attachment that the 1999 and the 2000 hulls had four tracking fins. I have a 1998 Prostar 190 that has four tracking fins. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Hey, Snipe. I was wondering the same thing, but I assume it wasn't as standardized and some of them also had 4 fins regardless of model.

Great work. Is there an on-line resource for images of older boasts that allowed to be used in print

you would have to reach out to MC or get people to send you pics of their boats.. we are more than happy to do that - since we have a slight affinity for these ladies..
