Nice work! I wonder if that would help the 197's at 15 & 22 off.

Its not finished yet, but here is my Bimini Cargo rack. Its made to mimic the picklefork on the bow. (The tube on the very front will be cut off after I finish weld everything)

DIY to stop FATSAC spread when filled.
Picture 1. Sloping platform to assist complete emtying.
Picture 2. FATSAC Fully filled and retained. Picture 3 Retention panel under seat in sun Deck position. Works great and looks good. |

Thanks! I'm surprised the 197 has a rooster tail at those lengths, but have never been pulled by one. I doubt this would help as the plate was designed to close the back of the PowerSlot and I think that concept has already been incorporated into the ProStar hull since '86.

TPH, both of those custom additions look very solid and nicely done.
What did you make the plate out of? Do you do all of your own fab?

Custom made motorbox vents/drinkholders for early 90's prostars.

I feel like a moron since I've been working on the same project for awhile trying to do exactly this. Thought I was shattering the walls any more detailed drawings or pictures though? Last edited by 02ProstarSammyD; 12-18-2012 at 02:27 PM. |
