2010 X25 Wake Problem

I have a 2010 x25 and i have had many warranty issues including the alternator failing, a rear jump seat cushion falling off, and a kinked ballast hose (fixed this myself). the past summer another x25 but a 2012, and the wake is very different. My wake is much smaller and has almost no lip at the peak where the other x25 has a much bigger wake and it had a very clean lip on top of it. the pictures i have attached show this. The only difference that I have noticed is that the center trim tab on the 2012 x25 is set so that the round notch in the top of the mounting side of the tab is right up against the bilge plug where mine is set lower and the tab actually sits below the hull on the on the sides. I'm looking to for any help i can get or any suggestions that anyone has.

You are making sure the plate is absolutely all the way up and you checked to see how far up it goes?

yep, I dont have a pic of the tab and the boats in winter storage. Also the actuator is pulled up as far as it will go

I saw your post on wakeworld, but I don't have an account over there for suggestions.
I would recommend taking the trim tab off completely, and put a lot more weight in the back of the boat. It looks like you have hardly any at all.

it sounds like your AA plate should be adjusted to the other hole. It doesn't take much for that plate to affect the wake. I would start there.

I know the surf tabs for the 2012 are larger, cant recall if the wakeplate changed. But with the WP all the way up, you should get a great wake. Check to see what hole the actuator is clipped to.
