I launched a new website for our ski club this year and WIX is the provider:

Our show ski team also used Wix, Kevin prefers flash sites (I don't), but theirs looks good too:

It's very easy to use. What i did was created a photobucket for club pics, so not save them on the website. Migration from the old site with 11 years of data and files was a PAIN. So, trust me, keep it simple. lol

WIX isn't that hard to use. I have my students do websites to supplement the projects they do for my class. Here is an example website, done by a group of 9th graders. It may not be slick and polished, but it gets the job done. It's a free host service, so it's worth it to create an account and play around with it to see if you like it.
