99 Sportstar sending unit

Can someone help me with this?

My sending unit must be stuck, the last few times we were out this summer the gauge never moved.

How do I get to the unit to replace it? Is it under that very rear cushion at the back of the boat?

I dont want to break anything so I thought i should ask before I do anything.
