Last Run of The Year (Most Likely)

Last Thursday Nov.8 was it for us with a little free skiing. Wore the neoprene beanie for the second run after getting a bad ice cream headache! Cooler full of hot water in the back of the boat to get the hands back up to temp after a run.

Don't remember - long time back but still enjoy the video from that fall and winter - first season course skiing and couldn't quit. I remember Plainfield IL too lived in Oswego when I was young and would go to the county fair there.

Got out today.
Not at all bad for november 17 in the midwest.Sunny in the 50's water was surprisingly warm(for november)

I'm new to waterskiing, having taken it up at the ripe age of 45. One of my hopes is to be able to lay out like that and throw a nice wall of water as my ski carves into the turn. I'm getting closer but probably need someone with more experience to give me some pointers.

ripe age of 45 - pshaw!!!! 52 and still rippin'.... hitting prime....and still green...where in midwest are ya.

Just north of you in Madison, Wisconsin. Lots of great places for watersports. And, the addition of a "new" 2004 X-10 late this Summer will help us get out more often next year, I'm sure.

Glad to hear my best days will be ahead of me!
