I tried to work out logistics for Peter from my end here (I live close to his shop) and they still are not customer friendly. Amazes me how they remain in business from my experience but it's each to their own. No dice in getting Peter a simple order of two sticks of 4 ft each aluminum tube, to ship over to him, as simple as that would have been. I heard every tale that they could think of. Just speaking from first hand experience.

Doesn't matter now. :-)

I tried that email and eventually ended up having to email Wayne. He told me that salesman no longer works here?? I am ready to move on On the bright side I have had a great response from Footersedge, Coversports and Domed Numbers. All very good to deal with. Lane at Footersedge has fantastic followup on his product, Brent from Coversports has been very helpful and Andy from Domed Numbers are cracking it with their service. Just trying to balance out the negativity from my previous posts.Have Fun.

Well yesterday drilled and tapped a small hole in one of the trailer frame rails so as to install a new ground to replace the one that broke off under the tongue. Along the way neatened up the trailer wiring harness some. It (the trailer wiring) looked very redneck when I bought it two months ago -- looks a little less so now

Pulled the aluminum tank, cleaned it out, and scrubbed it down for the ol 78 (Considered polishing it because MCOCD kicked in). Removed the sender from the tank (ordered new one last week). Pulled the platform since now I can bolt it on using locknuts and washers instead of the lag bolts the PO used....now that the tank is out. Scrubbed the tail where the platform was holding old junk/debris....

That work sounds pretty satisfying. And no more lag bolts.

Removed platform for buffing/ teak/ bracket repair, Removed batteries, removed heater that was inop, removed lines to heater and went and got plugs for the holes, cleaned up wiring to radio, washed boat and trailer, installed my new fire extinguisher, dreamt about fancy things for the engine..

Couple questions...
#1Where to look for led lights? Want to put some in the cup holders (all 5) want to put one in the old heater vent under observer seat, and want to put some at the back of the engine cover for floor lighting.. Want blue flood style..

#2 does anyone make a platform bracket that folds? It would make my storage situation a lot better if I could find some..
