Do you follow a break in procedure on the new boats or just and gas and ski? Surprised to hear skiing behind a "new" boat. I guess I'd have same question for the wakeboard team guys, would think they don't do any break in.

Actually, the way we ski is a good way to break the engine in. We basically run the boat down our 2100 ft lake, stop, wait for the skier to catch his breath and the rollers to leave the course (about a minute) and then head back down through the course at 34 or 36 mph. Do that 8 to ten times.

I must say, MasterCraft makes a bad *** boat. There are quite a few suttle upgrades this year. New aluminum grab handles, guages, windshield supports, they moved the Zero Off pucks inside the windshield, new mirror and the trailer is nice. I am very impressed.

Also, wanted to give the guys at Portland Ski Boat Center a big thank you for getting the boat turned around so quickly for me. Great guys!

I think I speak for all of us when I say we are ready for some more pictures. Different angles, on the water, behind the truck, interior....you know the drill.

That is one SPECTACULAR looking boat.

Its funny, I basically brought the boat home and spent about 5 hours getting it cleaned up, waxed and ready to go. Got it to the lake and took one set behind it. Its been pouring every time I have had a chance to go ski since then. As I type this its still raining. Hoping for just an hour or so today to get back to the lake and take a few sets. I'll get some shots with it on the water but I realy want to see this boat with the sun on it. The metal flake is cool because its a subtle metal flake until the sun realy shines on it.
