Last night after I finished putting on all new decals on the boat, it looked so nice it really made the crappy interior stand out. So I pulled it out and I am looking for an upholstery shop near Madison that does nice work. When I say near, I mean a one day drive. Can any of you midwest guys recommend a good shop? The only place I have found so far is Fountain of Youth For Boats.

"Mark" Don's Auto interiors did mine and I couldn't have been happier. They are on the southside of Chicago so I think they would fit in your day drive window. Ask for Mark tell him JTR with the Red and White Mastercraft referred you. I did alot of the grunt work myself to help keep cost down and let them create and install the skins. Then I reinstalled it all myself and did it over the winter as not to rush them again to help with cost. Before:  After:  Also did a few tricks while I was in there it is stock looking and period correct but with some nice modern flare. Check em out they wont let you down. JTR

11/13/12 Madison, WI. Set the choke, turn the key, warm her up for about 2 minutes and off we go. For the next couple of hours just turn the key when the next skier/boarder is ready and she purrs. My baby loves to be outdoors in the fall.

Are you on The MasterCraft Project on Facebook? There's talk of a stars and stripes reunion in Madison (or elsewhere)next summer. Redline has apparently offered to host.

I'm thinking about selling my 1984 MC S/S. This one has been well preserved. All original. I've replaced anything that needed attention and added a few upgrades. She runs perfect.
