I was wondering what weight setup the 2004 and up Star likes as far as weight distribution front to back?
Im coming from an 05 x2 that i rode behind for the past 5 yrs.

750 bags in the lockers. Empty "rear" stock ballast, KGB full, 400's under the front seats with a 400 or 750 in the walkway. 4 hot chicks on the boat

OJ 14.25x14.5 prop 23.2 mph 77.5 ft rope line.

Depends on what kind of wake you like - more rampy? Load the front (or just like my setup). If you like more pop you can run the rears at 3/4's and just the KGB and ride at 22.5 - makes it super poppy (fun for spins and trying new stuff).

Can't answer the question for you really - you'll have to experiment for yourself

Willyt, what kind of sacs do you use under the bow seats, the ones made to fit are only 250 each?
Using 400 each, is it still possible to close the seats (so that the girls can stay in the bow?)

How much each of the chick weights (no go for direct question, I know, but should be allowed to ask over here because of only tecnical reasons, steve should be able to start his calculations based on your figures )

whoops, meant 200's under the seats for a total of 400 up there.

100-120lbs, no more, no less. it also makes the best wake when they're 18 to 25 years of age too. i don't post in the swimsuit thread because i'm not a creeper, but come out on griggs sometime with me and you wont be disappointed.

I'll be there, remember, when not out on the water I'm usually sitting in the middle of the bow facing backwards, arms crossed, dark sunglasses...

Where would I have to fly to to be closemto your spot?

So, two of the XStar bow sacks and two 750s for the rear lockers, what about trying to diy a plug&play thing for the walk trough sack cause I really don't like the takethepumpoffthesackandtrytokeepthatwaterinthebag situation...

^ I installed a hose on my KGB tank in place of the vent hose and run it through the access hose in the floor to my 750# sac in the walkway. It works great, just remember to unplug the sac after it drains so a vacuum is not created in the KGB tank.

Also for the rear wakemakers now has 720# sacs made to fit the X-star rear lockers. They should fit better than those 750's. I hope to get those X-star sacs this spring.
