EBay Ballast pump

Does anyone have experience with this pump?
Im guessing no-one has gone there because of the low flow-rate/no-name brand?

Looks like the fluid transfer pumps you can buy at harbor freight or Northern Tool for $30.00. Pump head looks to be alluminum, not SS and appears to have 3/4 GHT, which is whats found on most common transfer pumps. $.02

Wonder if these are ignition protected ...

I emailed the seller, says its labelled as a marine pump but nothing specific about ignition protection.
I will stick with a replacment Jabsco.

Old adages like..... "buyer beware" and "you get what you pay for" seem to come to mind here.

MLA is correct. Last time I was at harbor Freight, I looked at their pump and it matched all the specs listed on the ebay add, but was only $30. They are probably just buying them at a place like that and putting another label on them and tripling the price.
