Might be a dumb question but how did you get your boat off the trailer? Leave it at the lake or take it off some way at home? Need to do this to mine but it has a boat on it

Do it the "Gutsy" way!!

Jackstands, Jack, wood and towels. I took my time and inched it off.....slowly.

Also did it when no one was home for a few weeks (dog included) so no one accidentally bumped it. Still makes me cringe see it on these "blocks".

If I did it again (and I actually will now with new double), I will add longer boards to support it better. Too much load potential at a small point. I want to spread that load out a bit more.

Edit: I see dog in reflection so I guess he WAS there after all!

Well I have access to 3 LARGE forklifts. Think there is a way to make that work?

That makes it easy: one forklift with a chain to the front lifting ring, one forklift with chains to the rear lifting rings: piece of cake. If you can space the forks far enough apart you won't even need a spreader bar on the stern.

This is going to sound stupid, but are the lifting rings right above the swim platform? One on each side. Was thinkin that idea would work previously but wasn't sure they were lifting rings.. Now just to find something to sit it on

Yep. That's what they're designed for, not just MC's but other boats as well.
