that vid is harley's old boat - the bottom of his 2011 was white, in the crash pic its clearly black, i think we're talking he crashed his brand spankin new 2013 star...

Wow can anyone tell what the tow vehicle was? That new star is prob 1k heavier than the old boat.

A lawsuit against the boat manufacturer? You know, they have to share some of the responsibility...perhaps 80% or so.
