Goes to show if you have a desired product at the right price it will move. I believe you were selling a boat that carried a well maintained reputation at the right price. That goes along way with credibility over a random sale through craigslist or similar providing a much less risky purchase as perceived from the buyers point of view. Also having shopped the market for about a year or so Mastercrafts tend to carry a "premium" or owners tend to think they are sitting on gold despite the reality. You see a lot of used mastercrafts at crazy high prices that don't sell. Rightfully so. At the end of the day it's a used boat that isn't worth what many think it should sell for. Like it or not the market dictates the value.

In this case the market has spoken. Good for you selling the boat in short order. I'm in illinois too but unfortunately it won't be on my dock. I would have it liked it there but need to align a few more financial pieces before I'm ready to pull the trigger. Hats off to the lucky new owner. Hopefully he's on my lake and needs a 3rd
