Buddy ran boat into ground last night...

So my friend was driving my boat last night and he got too close to shore and the prop definitely hit the bottom... Now my 1980 stars and stripes is rattling above 2500 rpms... Any ideas how bad this is?

You'll just have to get underneath the boat and look, look at everything. Sounds like you at least bent your prop. Be sure to pull it and have it straightened and balanced before you use it again. You don't want to run these boats with an out of balance prop. Maybe you got lucky and that is all you damaged. A bent prop will make it shake pretty good.
