Removing Tree Sap
Hi Guys,
I got some tree sap on my boat when we visited my parents place. It is on the outside underneath the rub rail. What is safe enough to remove it and not hurt my gel coat? Thanks, Eric |

JIm's right, acetone - small amount - nothing works on fiberglas like acetone - plumbers use it to remove glue and everything from fixtures.

Rubbing alcohol will do it. Much less aggressive (and safer) than acetone.
