It's exactly the same as mine (color scheme even), except mine has a tower. I bought it in the spring of 2011 in north Georgia for 13,000. It had 330 hours, upholstery was excellent, but gelcoat needed a bit of buffing, and the trailer needed brakes, so it sounds like your price is pretty good.
