I just wanted to post an appreciation to a dealer that I feel goes above and beyond. I have a x15, that I love, but have had a couple of small issue since ownership. The last being a cracked tower weld, and the loss of the exhaust pipe defusser. I am in manufactoring, so I know things like dirty welds happen, and what not, still love my boat. However, given my personality, I most likely would have sold or traded the boat had it not been for Jay and Bill at NEFWM. They are top notch, and anyone needing MC service in Southern NH, MA or RI should give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

+1 to this thread! We've been a NEFWM customer for years with our old X2 and new X25. They are the best!
