40th Aniversary X-Star for $35K - Legit???

Not sure if this is legit, if so its about 1/2 the price of a comparable star.

One thig I did find out is the Item seems to be listed in multiple locations. The guy emailed me and said that the boat is currently in Owen Sound, Ontario and he is located in the states building a home. He also claimes that the boat has 68 hours and that he is the original owner.

I asked if the boat has been registered by Transport Canada and why he is asking only 35K for the boat.
