Where did you find (and what is) that little trim piece you've used to cover the horn hole?
I assume you just drilled (hole saw?) a hole in the hull and mounted that cover piece?

The stainless trim piece is the cover for the horn i purchased. I dont recall the brand, but it is the same as what overtons sells. I believe it is the OEM brand now too. I got it from amazon for $27.99 (including horn). I had to cut a small (about 1/2" x 1 1/2"_ hole in the hull for it. I used a dremel fiberglass / plastic cutting bit. It zips right through the glass.

Took mine out for a run on Blackwater River to make sure the rudder
packing and new raw water pump worked then a nice wash to remove the scum line

Bullards bar is the only place I go in the Sacramento area, way less crowded then folsom lake, warmer water and awesome sierra landscape. They also have good campgrounds if your spending the weekend. I avoid the american and sac. river all together..
