2007 X-Star - Surf Set up

I am hoping to get some advice on the best way to set up my X-Star for Surfing. I don't have fat sacks but just the factory ballasts. Anyone have suggestions? If its best to add fat sacks what would be your recommendation?

If you're surfing port side, fill port hard tank and KGB.

Install a 750# sac in port locker, and put a 400# sac on the port side rear seat.
You may need 1-2 people up front on port side as well. Wake seems pretty good for me but it's not a long wave so you have to surf pretty close the the boat.
