Oil leaking???
I found engine oil below my engine. Starting to get nervous. I checked dipstick an it is right at the "add" mark. How could this be leaking? Only 175 hrs. I keep it dry stored and keep winterized and all maintenance done. Not sure why? Help...

Filter on tight? Did you visually check the engine all over to see where the leak may be coming from?

Old oil filter gasket still on? A double gasket will definitely leak.

Last engine oil change some dripped into the bildge...happens all the time. No matter how hard one tries some drips into the bildge

Did you find the source of the leak? I am going through the same thing now...I have reason to believe mine may be the rear main. How much oil are you talking about?
