2009 Tournament Team 197

So I have finally made the plunge to buy a 2009 Tournament Team. Going to retire the 1996 Prostar 190 if anyone is interested. I have noticed there were two configurations for 2009. White top deck, or a black top deck. Is this standard? I thought they all came in the same color. This one is #9.
