Engine Cover Sound Insulation

Part of my engine cover ( 94 ProStar ) sound insulation just fell down ( front section of engine cover box and top section of cover box ) . Can that be glued back together and glued back in place ? The top part of the side insulation has separated a little also . Is this a dealer item ? Thanks in advance for your advice .
