Board storage for truck bed?

Someone once posted a picture of a rack they made for the truck to haul boards to and from the lake,.......

Anyone remember where?

I have seen people construct one out of PVC pipe and a bunch of Tees (1" I think). It looked like a bike rack. Basically a horizontal legs with vertical posts space a few inces appart. If I find a pic, I will post it.

One I build for my F-150 a couple years ago. I have added two more legs on the right side to hold one more wakesurf board. So it holds a total of four wakeboards and two wakesurf boards. has worked great and keeps boards from being damaged at ALL. All upright poles are removable to make getting boards easier to get in and out since I have a bed cover on my truck.

Is that foam tubing covering the pvc? Where did you get it?

The foam is pipe insulation and can be purchased at any home improvement store. Lowe's, Home Depot, Menards etc
