Anyone know what is going on with them or how reliable they are. The reason I ask is I have contacted them twice about upgrading the ballast system on my 2001 Maristar V210. It has the factory ballast system and filling is sometimes interesting. I contacted them last July and again 3 weeks ago. Last year they responded requesting a photo of the transom to see the set-up and never responded afterwards, even to my email requests.
This year, I got a response from Spencer after about 2 weeks and again they said they could help. I responded to his email with exactly for what I was looking and again have not received a response. anyone else have this problem OR is there another good wake boat supplier out there? |

I agree with Tim, they're reliable. I think they just get busy and there isn't a huge staff there. I'd probably just give them a call, they seem to be pretty good about answering the phone.

I've talked to Spencer on the phone a couple of times and sent him emails on his request. He was supposed to get back me with some information and never did. Last time, I talked to Jason. He was very helpful and even talked me out of buying the expensive timer modules from them.

I worked with both and they helped me set up my unique system and took care of me when I had a hiccup... I definitely recommend...

Planning on keeping the tanks and just converting over to something that fills.empties more reliably.

They overnighted a pump to me while on vacation in Northern Michigan. Pretty much saved the week and vacation for me. Not sure who I worked with but would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.....
