Any interest in stock JL tower speakers from x-star? - Page 5

I would call or email MB by Design (Jim or John I think?). I could not find the bracket on the site, but they had them and sent them right out. I purchased '07 and newer brackets, so they may not stock the '06 & prior, but may be able to make a few sets.

Did I mentions these came from a boat with less than 350 hours? Still available at $700 per pair!

You asked very early in the thread what they are worth...If you still have them after a couple of months, then you either have them too high or not advertised well enough. With all of the looks at this thread, I think you are too high. $350 seems too low, but the market will dictate.

I think the used stuff market is very difficult right now. I sold a $575 prop after several tries for $120. Mint condition, never reworked.

2 + years ago, I sold some speakers for the newer tower for a little less than $700 per pair. But your speakers are 5 year old speakers...who knows how long they are going to last, then you have seen people bantering about whether or not they will fit on a newer tower. Someone needs to put up a pic of the adapter and show how it fits, and then I bet you get better bites.

Good luck with the sale, from the pics so far, they look to be in terrific condition.

I appreciate your comments. I have had a lot of interest, but those who were most interested needed adapters. I would love to find pictures of the adaptors and post them here, I just have yet to find any pictures of them. I've also had several decent offers. I feel like this is a pretty reasonable price and that they'll sell with the right buyer.
