New Zero Flex Tower on Prostar 197?

The 197 only has the ZFT3 and mini tower available. The decks are reinforced for the two point design, so putting a ZFT4 or any other 2 point tower on a previous year boat could cause damage to the hull and structure. There is about a 6ft piece of metal fiberglassed into the deck on the new boats.

The $2000 price that is going around is the upgrade price from a standard X series boat with the ZFT2 tower.

Thanks for the information everyone. I would love to see a mini-tower with a hinge that makes it easy to fold.

People have told me the New Dimension min tower is easy to fold too. Still nervous about it though. Considering how many times I go in and out of the lift that could be a huge pain if it is too hard.
