I blew my speedometer lines out last night. Was going through the checklist and found I had not checked that off. Decided to bring the speedometers in so I can change the face on them over winter.

Going after a small oil leak from the water pump drive shaft (LT-1). I've got the water pump off and the old seal pulled.

I hope to get a chance to put it back together soon. My work (job) always picks up when I have something in pieces.

Got new sewing machine about a week ago been working on dining room chairs but took a break from that to re make my driver seat tonight. Gonna redo the Motor box cover I made earlier and do the rest. here is a pic of the driver seat. Still need to finish stretching and stapling.

Ran some RV antifreeze through the heater lines and ballast tanks.

Previously: Oil change; drained all water from engine and ballast tanks; pulled impeller for the winter.

Still to do: pull spark plugs and fog cylinders. Change oil in oil bath hubs (two years old) as a maintenance item. Clean and wax. Put trailer on jack stands.

Pressure washed the trailer bunk carpets (look brand new again) and waxed the trailer while the boat was off...a lot easier that way!

I just dewinteriized (replaced all the drain plugs and hoses so I can ski at a moments notice when we get a snap warm day with calm wind. I need just one more day this year, than I'll put it away for real.

Removed starboard exhaust and black polymer flange to replace flange with matching SS flange already done on port side.

Of course upon inspection the 3" x 3' exhaust hose is collapsing internally despite looking ok on the outside.

Also noted I should replace 3/8" fuel supply line just for the sake of being thorough.

Thank goodness for skidim.

Love my boat. But it's a tar baby for now.

Thanks to Cloaked and my OCD I could not resist to see if my exhaust hoses were clear and not collapsed on the inside...sooooo I pulled the risers and checked the hoses... hoses were good...so they get a stay of being thrown out.... but I will be getting new bolts and gaskets...
