I believe ntidsl is saying your grip on the handle appears to be backwards...Right Foot Forward (RFF) skiers, right hand facing down, left palm facing up on the handle and vice versa for LFF...this allows for a better power position. Here's a video link with Thomas Moore explaining it...mac
