Cover stains / dirt...

What should i replace first. Im thinking of ordering the sundeck vinyls as they are clearly damaged. In the mean time while i wait for the vinyls I would take one of the damage interior seats (which has no sign of this brown stuff / damaged vinyl) which is ripped, and wrap it in the cover, and place the cover in the same environment as the boat. Then when i take the seat out ill be able to see if the damage occurs to this other seat also which will tell me the cover also needs to be changed. While if the damage does not occur, i can possibly continue to reuse my cover.
