First off great job on the restoration. I replaced my front seal myself last year...technically not a very hard job at all. Once you have the velvet drive manual it will show you just how easily accessable the front seal is once you have pulled the tranny. It only has four bolts on the front pump and once you pop it off the seal is right there. Just coat the seal with fresh fluid and then re-install the pump and seal and then just re-install the tranny. There was a great thread on here a while back that had start to finish pictures. The shop wanted $600 to do it and you can do it yourself for less that $15.....you do the math on that one.
