I had them remove it when I purchased the boat.

Very nice!

I'd imagine the side with the hard to remove stickers had more sun exposure.

Thanks. I'd have thought sun was the difference too, but the boat is garaged and never stays outside overnight other than the few times per year we rent a private lake...

Seriously one of the sharpest boats I've seen. Damn fine job you did there, a HUGE improvement, and I thought it looked great to begin with.
