Nice spike, also... how long do you need it to be? I have a bent one also, not doing me any good, great idea!

I just cut the threaded end off the prop end and put a rounded point on that end so it would go into the sand a little easier. I'd say it's close to 3 feet long. Then I just welded a .25 x 5 inch round top so I could push on it. Made a part to hook a snap link on tig welded that on.

I was going to buy a shore spike but figured the $180 bucks could go toward something else, like gas.

I got the 1.25 dies last week so I bent up the .120 SS tube.

Sorry, my taps top out at .50 but I have an od 13/16th. Not sure why.

The dogs name is Csonka as in Larry Csonka. If you're not sure who he is it's pronounced Zonka.
