An attitude adjustment plate was installed on my 2008 X35 by the dealer. I was surprised to find that it does not retract up behind the boat to be "out of the way" when fully raised, like other trim tabs I've seen. Instead, it sticks straight out behind the boat like and extension of the hull.
Is this the correct installation, or did the dealer make a mistake? I can't find any photos anywhere to indicate what is correct... |
