This time of year you should be able to do much better. It's not like you don't have time to shop around. Don't know where you live but Harrison Marine has been getting a lot of repo's lately. They just sold a 07 X2 and now have a Wake Setter with 35 hours on it that will probably go for about $25K without the trailer.
While these boats will go 2000 hours when properly maintained there's no way to tell if this boat has been taken care of. I would also say that selling a boat with over 1000 hours is going to be pretty hard in the north. The simple math says that an average northern boat gets about 50 hours per year use so a 10 year old boat should have 500 hours. The boat you're looking at has twice that and you paying close to top dollar based on what I've purchased over the past couple years.
If it were me I'd pass on this one and save some more money to get a newer or at least lower hour boat. The deals are out there, you just have to wait for the right one.
